Everton striker Thierno Barry scored his sixth goal of the season on Sunday against Hull City

Former Premier League Golden Boot winner Kevin Phillips has backed Everton striker Thierno Barry to achieve double figures this season. Phillips highlighted that while reaching 20 goals might be a significant ask, Barry's ability to consistently find scoring positions is a positive sign for David Moyes' squad despite several missed opportunities.
Barry, who joined Everton for £27 million from Villarreal in July 2025, scored his third league goal of the campaign in a 2-2 draw against Hull City. The forward has netted six goals across all competitions this season.
