Everton fan Crystal Duffey, 31, says she broke down in tears after seeing Jack Grealish's donation.

Footballer Jack Grealish donated £10,000 toward a fundraising appeal for Leon Skapars, a 36-year-old father of three battling rare stage four kidney cancer. Leon's wife, Crystal Duffey, said she was left frozen in shock after seeing the contribution, which aims to help fund an overseas clinical trial.
Skapars was diagnosed with sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma in August 2025, with the cancer later spreading to his lungs and chest. The family is attempting to raise $200,000 (£179,110) for a clinical trial at MD Anderson Cancer Centre in Texas after NHS palliative care began.
