Everton must push for big sanctions against Man City after their guilty verdict.

Manchester City have reportedly been found guilty on all but one of the 115 Premier League financial charges, according to reporting by David Ornstein. An independent commission reached the verdict, though specific sanctions have not yet been determined or officially announced. Official confirmation from the Premier League is expected shortly.
A separate sanctions hearing will determine the eventual punishment, where the Premier League will present recommended sanctions while Manchester City are expected to appeal. Writer Patric Ridge argues that Everton leadership must actively lobby for the harshest possible penalties following Everton's previous Profit and Sustainability penalties.
