Moyes proud as he prepares to equal historic Everton record

David Moyes has expressed his pride as he prepares to equal Harry Catterick's historic record for the most games managed at Everton. Moyes will match the milestone when Everton hosts Coventry City at Hill Dickinson Stadium on Friday night. He is subsequently scheduled to break the record outright when his team travels to face Brentford following the upcoming international break.

Speaking to Everton's official matchday programme, the 63-year-old reflected on his nearly 25-year relationship with the club since first taking charge in March 2002. Since returning for a second managerial spell in January 2025, Moyes has overseen the move to Hill Dickinson Stadium and guided Everton to seventh place in the Premier League.
