Everton striker Thierno Barry kept his promise to a young supporter by performing a requested celebration after scoring against Ipswich Town. Barry deflected a long-range shot from James Tarkowski into the net to secure a 1-0 victory for David Moyes's side, maintaining Everton's unbeaten start to the season.
Following the match, Everton shared side-by-side footage on social media of the young fan demonstrating the celebration and Barry performing it on the pitch. Barry also had a second goal disallowed by VAR due to Brennan Johnson being in an offside position.
