Oliver Glasner insists his Nottingham Forest side cannot survive on "flower power" as he tries to strike a balance between trust and respect at the club.

Nottingham Forest manager Oliver Glasner stated that his squad cannot survive on "flower power" as he seeks high-performance standards following poor form. Sitting 19th in the Premier League, Forest are winless and goalless at home. Glasner emphasized that his players need a balance between trust and respect, warning that there will be no more compromises following their recent 2-0 defeat against Brentford.
Despite suffering four losses in five matches, Glasner is reportedly not under immediate pressure and maintains regular dialogue with the club's hierarchy, including owner Evangelos Marinakis' son Miltiadis and chief football officer George Syrianos. The manager acknowledged that he blames himself for failing to meet expectations so far, reaffirming his priority to act in the best interests of the club.
