From record flop to Wag attack and trying to join LIVERPOOL, Martinez is latest Argentine to ruffle Man Utd feathers

The Sun's Oli Gamp analyzes Manchester United's troubled history with Argentine footballers following a public outburst from defender Lisandro Martinez. Martinez recently criticized the club's hierarchy over their transfer activity and questioned the squad's readiness for elite European competition, leaving his future at Old Trafford uncertain.

The article reviews the mixed tenures of eight Argentine players at United, including Juan Sebastian Veron's tactical struggles, Gabriel Heinze's blocked transfer to Liverpool, and Carlos Tevez's departure for Manchester City. It also highlights Angel Di Maria's difficult stint, Marcos Rojo's persistent injuries, Sergio Romero's reliable service, and Alejandro Garnacho's eventual sale to Chelsea after a fallout with manager Ruben Amorim.
