Liverpool Magistrates' Court was told Mark Mogan 'racially abused' footballer Antoine Semenyo before telling people he would 'deck the bizzies'

Mark Mogan, a 47-year-old Liverpool fan on trial for allegedly racially abusing footballer Antoine Semenyo, was taken to the hospital after suffering a seizure during a court dinner break. District Judge Mary Dowrick refused an application to continue proceedings in Mogan's absence, postponing the trial at Liverpool Magistrates' Court to a later date.
Mogan is accused of shouting a racial slur and throwing chewing gum at Semenyo during an Anfield match between Liverpool and Bournemouth on August 15 last year. Semenyo, who now plays for Manchester City, was scheduled to give video evidence. Mogan denies racially aggravated behavior.
