Liverpool's new boss has struggled to find consistency in his side, but he now has one demand.
Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola has reportedly urged the club's board to pursue Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott to fix issues in midfield. According to a report from TEAMtalk cited by George James, the manager would love to bring his former Cherries player to Anfield, where the team has struggled for consistency early in the season.
While Iraola reportedly intended to make the move next summer, competition from Chelsea could force Liverpool to act during the January transfer window. Bournemouth may reportedly sanction a sale if an attractive offer is made, with Liverpool hoping Iraola's prior relationship with Scott provides an advantage over rival interest.
