Liverpool are reportedly considering a permanent move for Fulham midfielder Josh King, who has also been targeted by Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund. According to reports from 4-4-2.ch, Liverpool management and Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta are both keen on the 19-year-old England Under-21 international. Fulham have not received a formal offer and have ruled out a winter departure, but a transfer could materialize in the summer window.
King is under contract with Fulham until 2029, with his asking price reported at around €60 million (roughly £50 million). Zak Anderton argues that King would solve Liverpool's ongoing defensive midfield issues under manager Andoni Iraola, noting tactical imbalances between extended midfielders Ryan Gravenberch and Dominik Szoboszlai.
