Gary Neville believes Chelsea star Cole Palmer “lost his head” against Tottenham after being sent off in a fierce London derby.
Gary Neville criticized Chelsea's Cole Palmer after the forward was sent off against Tottenham in a London derby. Palmer received two yellow cards in the late stages of the second half, earning his dismissal shortly after Tottenham took the lead.
Palmer's first caution followed an off-the-ball shove on Mateus Fernandes, which Neville felt was fortunate not to be a straight red. Minutes later, following a Mike Penders own goal, Palmer received a second yellow card for a late challenge on Sandro Tonali, prompting Neville to remark that Palmer had completely lost his head.
