Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca was encouraged by the spirit of his team and what Luis Enrique told him afterwards

Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca revealed that Paris Saint-Germain boss Luis Enrique told him PSG were fortunate to win their clash at the Etihad. After falling behind 3-0 in the first half, City mounted a spirited second-half response before ultimately falling to a two-goal defeat against the Champions League holders.
Despite the defeat, Maresca insisted that Manchester City are close to PSG's level and praised his squad's resilience. Luis Enrique echoed those thoughts post-match, admitting City caused major problems in the second half and acknowledging that luck had favored PSG over the 95 minutes.
