This week's Manchester City Q&A features questions on the depth of the squad and the changes we've seen under Enzo Maresca
Manchester City chief writer Simon Bajkowski answered fan questions following the club's strong start to the season under new manager Enzo Maresca. The discussion highlighted the team's perfect record in all competitions, including a recent derby victory and a Carabao Cup win where young prospect Floyd Samba scored a double.
Addressing coaching staff dynamics, Bajkowski noted that Maresca is more hands-on in training sessions compared to Pep Guardiola, with staff members Danny Walker and Willy Caballero closely monitoring academy development. Additionally, goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is reportedly working well with new goalkeeping coach Michele De Bernardin to improve his kicking.
