Jose Mourinho led Man United to a second-placed finish in the Premier League in 2017/2018, finishing behind Manchester City - he's likely to have plenty to say about their 'sham' finances

Steven Railston of the Manchester Evening News argues that Jose Mourinho is likely to make explosive comments regarding Manchester City's financial rule breaches when he speaks to the media following the international break. The former Manchester United manager previously led the club to a second-place Premier League finish behind City in the 2017/2018 season.
Mourinho has previously joked about potentially being retrospectively awarded the 2017/2018 title if City were punished with points deductions. Railston notes that former United players David de Gea and Juan Mata have also floated similar ideas following recent developments concerning City's alleged breaches.
