Manchester United are dealing with several injury concerns with the international break ongoing

Manchester United are managing numerous injury concerns ahead of their Premier League fixture against Tottenham Hotspur on October 10 at Old Trafford. Manager Michael Carrick faces multiple fitness doubts following the international break, which saw Noussair Mazraoui and Patrick Dorgu substituted during matches for Morocco and Denmark. Bruno Fernandes missed Portugal's clash with Norway due to an ongoing fitness issue, while Marcus Rashford, Kobbie Mainoo, Benjamin Sesko, and Karl Darlow were also withdrawn from international duty.
United are also tracking the recovery timelines of several longer-term absentees. Amad Diallo could return to group training during the break, while Matthijs de Ligt continues his rehabilitation from a back issue without a fixed return date. Manuel Ugarte remains sidelined until next year following knee surgery, and Tom Heaton is also dealing with an injury.
