Lisandro Martinez appears open to leaving Manchester United, having done little to help his situation by publicly criticising the club's previous transfer dealings…

Five European clubs are reportedly monitoring Manchester United defender Lisandro Martinez ahead of a potential permanent transfer. Atletico Madrid and Barcelona are tracking the 28-year-old in Spain, which is understood to be his preferred destination, while Italian sides Inter Milan, Roma, and Como are also registered as interested parties.
Martinez has one year left on his contract, and contract extension talks have stalled following his post-match criticism of technical director Jason Wilcox. With United holding a 12-month extension option through June 2028, both the club and the player are reportedly reluctant to extend his stay at Old Trafford.
