Manchester United starting XI vs AS Roma: Carrick names his side for Champions League fixture

Manchester United manager Michael Carrick has named his starting lineup for the team's Champions League clash against AS Roma. Carrick is aiming to end a nine-match winless streak, making two changes from United's recent 2-0 defeat to Chelsea. Senne Lammens starts in goal, behind a defense featuring Leny Yoro, Harry Maguire, Ayden Heaven, and Diogo Dalot.

Heaven replaces Lisandro Martinez in the starting lineup after Martinez was sent off against Chelsea. In midfield, Kobbie Mainoo makes his first start since returning from injury, partnering Carlos Baleba from the outset for the first time this season. The attacking lineup consists of Amad Diallo, Bruno Fernandes, Matheus Cunha, and Bryan Mbeumo leading the forward line.
