Three Man United fans hospitalised in bloody fight ‘with their OWN supporters’ at a bar by Lake Como – before their team were battered 4-1

Three Manchester United supporters were taken to the hospital following a violent clash among fans at Krudo Bar in Piazza Volta, Como. Italian reports indicated that approximately ten fans were involved in the brawl at around 1 a.m. ahead of United's Champions League match. Footage showed punches thrown, shattered glass, and blood on the floor before emergency medical services and police intervened.

Three men aged 43, 45, and 49 received treatment for minor injuries at Sant'Anna Hospital. Local police in Como launched an investigation alongside British officers to identify the perpetrators. The incident occurred prior to Manchester United suffering a 4-1 defeat against Como, increasing pressure on head coach Michael Carrick following a run of only two wins in 11 matches.
