Newcastle need to keep ringing the changes in 2027.

Angus Sinclair of Football FanCast argues that Newcastle United should permanently sell Nick Woltemade next summer rather than allowing midfielder Joe Willock to leave. Woltemade arrived from Stuttgart in a club-record £69m deal but struggled to make an impact before joining Juventus on a season-long loan without a buy option. Sinclair believes manager Matthias Jaissle should offload the German forward to fund new attacking additions.
Meanwhile, Sinclair advocates for offering Willock a contract extension following his strong start to the campaign with three goals in seven appearances. Turkish club Besiktas failed to meet Newcastle's £17m valuation during the summer transfer window. With Willock out of contract at the end of the season, the writer suggests securing his future is far more sensible than keeping Woltemade.
