Nottingham Forest were held to a 1-1 draw at Ipswich Town on Friday night…

Ipswich Town manager Gary O'Neil disputed Oliver Glasner's view that Issa Diop deserved a red card during a 1-1 draw against Nottingham Forest. The controversy arose when Diop fouled Forest midfielder James McAtee, prompting a pitch-side VAR review by referee Thomas Bramall, who ultimately issued a yellow card.
While Glasner felt the challenge warranted a dismissal, O'Neil argued that the correct decision was reached due to Leif Davis's covering position and McAtee's touch taking the ball away from goal. The result moved Forest out of the relegation zone, while Ipswich sits ninth in the Premier League.
