The former Nottingham Forest winger left the club in the summer to join Olympiacos after struggling to nail down a first-team place at the City Ground

Former Nottingham Forest winger Jota Silva has described his permanent transfer to Greek side Olympiacos as the right decision. Silva initially departed the City Ground on loan in July before completing a permanent switch shortly after, concluding a two-year stint with Forest where he managed only five league starts.
Silva explained that regular playing time, competing for trophies, and European football were factors he lacked during a previous loan at Besiktas. He has scored twice in his first eight appearances for Olympiacos, who sit fifth in the Greek Super League.
