Roberto De Zerbi has admitted that Tottenham are lucky to have Pedro Porro.
Tottenham Hotspur manager Roberto De Zerbi praised right-back Pedro Porro ahead of their clash with Crystal Palace, calling the 27-year-old a passionate player and stating the club is lucky to have him. Porro recently returned from a month-long hamstring injury, featuring as a substitute against Chelsea, and is expected to start against Palace.
Porro signed a new long-term contract running until 2031 during the summer following his role in Spain's World Cup victory. His return coincides with left-back Destiny Udogie also regaining fitness after a knee issue, providing De Zerbi a boost amid ongoing injury problems.
