Pundit Jamie O'Hara delivered a furious rant aimed at Jan Paul van Hecke following Tottenham Hotspur's 3-1 victory over Coventry City. Speaking on talkSPORT, O'Hara criticized the defender's display during Coventry's equalizer and argued that Tottenham made a significant error by selling Luka Vuskovic to Brighton to acquire the 26-year-old center-back.
Tottenham secured the 3-1 win with goals from James Maddison, Omar Marmoush, and Ben Davies despite Jack Rudoni briefly leveling for Coventry. Writer Bharad Thirumalai notes that manager Roberto De Zerbi utilized an altered back-three system due to extensive squad injuries, placing Van Hecke on the right and Tosin Adaribayo centrally.
