AC Milan have reportedly offered Tottenham Hotspur the opportunity to sign defender Fikayo Tomori and midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek in January. Both players are in the final year of their contracts at San Siro, prompting the Italian side to seek cut-price permanent sales rather than losing them on free transfers in the summer.
