BBC Sport pundit Chris Sutton thinks Tottenham will edge newly promoted Coventry City 2-1 at home.
Pundit Chris Sutton has predicted that Tottenham Hotspur will secure a 2-1 victory over Coventry City on Monday evening at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Winless through six Premier League matches under Roberto De Zerbi, Spurs sit at the bottom of the table with only three points. Sutton noted that Tottenham are showing signs of improvement and expects them to claim their first league win of the season.
Coventry City, managed by Frank Lampard, enter the fixture following consecutive victories over Nottingham Forest and Newcastle United. While Sutton warned that Coventry pose a threat on the counter-attack, he believes Tottenham will edge the contest following their recent warm-weather training camp in Marbella.
