Tottenham Hotspur manager Roberto De Zerbi praised midfielder Sandro Tonali as "unbelievable" and "incredible" following the club's 2-0 home victory over Crystal Palace. Goals from Archie Gray and Jan Paul van Hecke secured Tottenham's third consecutive Premier League win, moving the team into the top half of the table.
Speaking in his post-match press conference, De Zerbi stated that Tonali's dominant midfield display made it feel as though Tottenham were playing with an extra man. De Zerbi also highlighted general squad improvements, commending Gray, Robertson, and his central defenders for controlling the game.
