Tottenham Hotspur youngster Mikey Moore has earned his first call-up to the England Under-21 squad. The promotion comes despite a challenging start to his loan spell at Bundesliga side FC Koln, where German publication Bild reported that internal figures view the move as a total mess amid his search for a first goal.
Moore earned the call-up after captaining England's Under-20 side and scoring two goals in victories over Italy and France. The 19-year-old will now link up with Spurs teammate Archie Gray for upcoming matches against Portugal and France.
