Former Tottenham defender Christian Ziege has sent fitness-related advice to left-back Destiny Udogie.

Former Tottenham Hotspur left-back Christian Ziege has advised 23-year-old defender Destiny Udogie to ensure he is completely fit before returning to competitive action. Udogie has been plagued by recurring injury issues over the past two years, which have limited the Italian international to only two Premier League starts so far this season under manager Roberto De Zerbi.
Ziege warned that rushing back without consistent training risks further setbacks. Meanwhile, summer arrival Andy Robertson has stepped into the starting role, allowing Spurs caution with Udogie. Despite outside speculation regarding his future, reports indicate Tottenham view Udogie as part of their long-term plans and have no interest in selling him.
