Tottenham Hotspur and Juventus have reportedly made formal approaches to AC Milan to explore a permanent deal for midfielder Youssouf Fofana. The 27-year-old French international is currently thriving on a season-long loan at La Liga club Sevilla, where he has recorded one goal and three assists in eight matches.
