Tottenham Hotspur have changed their mind on how they want to be referred to by the broadcasters after listening to concerns voiced by the fans.…

Tottenham Hotspur have reversed an unpopular branding decision and will once again allow broadcasters and media to refer to them as "Tottenham." The club previously released a brand playbook in November 2024 that instructed broadcasters to avoid using just "Tottenham," preferring "Tottenham Hotspur" or "Spurs" instead.

As part of leaning back into that identity, the phrasing "This is Tottenham" has also been displayed outside Tottenham Hotspur Stadium ahead of home matches.
