Tottenham star is available to start despite flying halfway around the world, De Zerbi reveals

Tottenham Hotspur manager Roberto De Zerbi has praised Rodrigo Bentancur's elite mentality and confirmed the midfielder is ready to start against Manchester United. Despite enduring an extensive international trip with Uruguay that included friendlies in Japan, South Korea, and India, Bentancur made himself available to feature at Old Trafford just 48 hours after returning.

De Zerbi emphasized that Bentancur and Lucas Bergvall remain vital squad members alongside recent arrivals Sandro Tonali and Mateus Fernandes. The manager also noted that while summer signings like Savio, Omar Marmoush, and Jan Paul van Hecke have yet to reach their peak, he expects individual performances to improve soon.
