Tottenham property plans for two historic Enfield buildings have emerged in emails, amid disputes over the club’s Bulls Cross expansion.

Tottenham Hotspur sought to purchase two historic buildings near its Bulls Cross training base, according to emails revealed under Freedom of Information laws by the Enfield Dispatch. The club discussed purchasing the freehold of Whitewebbs House with Enfield Council between July 2024 and April 2025. Additionally, Tottenham approached the Lee Valley Regional Park Authority in early 2026 regarding the Grade 2-listed Myddelton House.
Neither transaction has proceeded, as neither property is currently for sale. The club's expansion efforts coincide with an ongoing legal appeal concerning rejected planning permission for a women's training academy at Whitewebbs Park, while writer Pete Gillard questions the spending ambitions amid low reported cash reserves.
