Celtic supporters are paying far more attention to what goes on inside the Parkhead boardroom these days. That is hardly surprising because the latest accounts…

Celtic plc announced a minor change to its share structure following the conversion of 15,500 Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares into ordinary shares. The conversion took effect on September 24, raising the total number of ordinary Celtic shares from 95,139,731 to 95,155,231. The club applied for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
The newly converted ordinary shares carry voting rights, allowing holders to attend, speak, and vote at general meetings, unlike preference shares. The transaction does not involve raising fresh capital or bringing in new investors, representing approximately 0.016% of Celtic's existing ordinary shares.
