Celtic is facing a significant left-back crisis following Kieran Tierney's withdrawal from the Scotland squad due to injury. The club's recruitment strategy under Michael Nicholson has faced heavy criticism for failing to secure a reliable, experienced alternative during the transfer window. Instead, Celtic signed 18-year-old Landon Emenalo on a season-long loan from Chelsea, despite the teenager being injured at the time of the transfer.
