Hundreds of Rangers supporters gathered at Ibrox Stadium to send off their team ahead of the Old Firm derby against Celtic. Fans used red, white, and blue pyrotechnics and fireworks to support the squad as they departed on the team bus. No Rangers fans will be inside Celtic Park for the match due to an away fan ban in SPFL competitions.

Derek McInnes's side prepared for the derby with a full week of training, whereas Celtic played a Europa League match against Ferencvaros on Thursday. A victory for Celtic would extend their lead at the top of the table to eight points, while a loss for Rangers could drop them to third place.
