Celtic's summer transfer target, Gvidas Gineitis, has been speaking about his struggles so far this season.

Torino midfielder Gvidas Gineitis, who was pursued by Celtic during the summer transfer window, has acknowledged facing personal struggles in recent months. The Scottish club previously failed to meet Torino's asking price for a permanent transfer after seeking a replacement for Arne Engels, but The Celtic Bhoys reports that Celtic could potentially make a fresh approach in January.
Speaking to Toro.it, Gineitis admitted the recent period was not the best of his life, though he remains committed to head coach Ignazio Abate's tactics. The Celtic Bhoys argues that Celtic urgently need an energetic, ball-carrying midfielder to address weaknesses exposed in European competition.
