Roy Keane Tipped for ‘Box Office’ Celtic Management Return

Roy Keane has been linked with a potential managerial return to Celtic following his recent visit to Celtic Park and comments regarding an openness to management. Former Sunderland chairman Niall Quinn stated on the Graeme Souness Tackles podcast that Keane's appointment would be "box office" and generate significant attention, drawing parallels to Keane's promotion-winning tenure at Sunderland starting in 2006.

Despite the potential excitement, Quinn questioned whether the 55-year-old would realistically return to the dugout after years in television punditry. Keane's last permanent managerial role was with Ipswich Town, and Quinn suggested he appears content with his current lifestyle away from the intense weekly demands of managing.
