A mass brawl broke out between Celtic and Hearts supporters outside Celtic Park ahead of their league fixture. Punches were thrown, metal barriers were raised as weapons, and missiles were hurled in front of the Billy McNeill statue along The Celtic Way. The violent clashes continued for roughly a minute before Police Scotland officers arrived at the scene to disperse the crowds.
On the pitch, Celtic secured a dominant 7-1 victory over Hearts. Kieran Tierney, Benjamin Nygren, Callum Osmand, and Camilo Duran scored for the home side alongside a Jamie McCart own goal, while Laurent Mendy claimed Hearts' sole response.
