Former Celtic striker Chris Sutton has described his old club as a "cesspit" and "as broken as I can remember." Speaking on The Warm Up, Sutton criticized escalating tensions across the club following consecutive Old Firm losses to Rangers, a growing rift between supporters and majority shareholder Dermot Desmond, and public tactical critiques from defender Cameron Carter-Vickers.
Sutton labeled a recent fan protest targeting Desmond at St Andrews as harassment and voiced worry regarding manager Martin O'Neill's recent comments questioning his future. While acknowledging O'Neill looked tired and faced significant strain, Sutton expects the manager to remain in charge.
