The Dark Blues are looking to strengthen because of the number of players facing long term injuries

Dundee head coach Steven Pressley confirmed the club is exploring the free agent market to cope with a mounting injury crisis. The Scottish Premiership side is planning to evaluate a trialist during a bounce match against Hearts on Thursday. Pressley noted that the recruitment team has restarted their search for out-of-contract players to help reinforce the squad.
The team has lost Simon Murray, Jack Moorhouse, and Fin Robertson to season-ending ACL injuries. In addition, Joe Wright, Charlie Reilly, and Ryan Finnigan are sidelined with short- to medium-term issues. Despite the setbacks, Pressley insisted he will not reduce training intensity.
