It was a first derby win for Marink Reedijk and they don't come much sweeter than a Hampden victory to tee up a Premier Sports Cup final…

Hibernian secured a historic 2-1 Edinburgh derby comeback victory over Hearts at Hampden Park to book their place in the Premier Sports Cup final. Claudio Braga opened the scoring for Hearts after just four minutes, but Martin Boyle equalized in the 19th minute before Jamie McGrath netted the winning goal shortly before halftime. The result marks Hibernian's first-ever win against their city rivals at Hampden Park and Marink Reedijk's first victory as Hibs manager.
Hibs will return to Hampden on December 13 to face Rangers in the final. Hearts suffered further setbacks as Tomas Magnusson and Calvin Miller were forced off with injuries, adding to manager Wouter Vrancken's mounting personnel issues ahead of their upcoming Conference League tie against Thun.
