Although Wright grew up supporting Liverpool and admiring You'll Never Walk Alone, the 26-year-old declared Hibs' anthem the best song in football after experiencing the emotional celebration on the pitch.

Wright returned from a minor groin injury sustained due to the increased training intensity implemented by new manager Marink Reedijk. The midfielder noted that Reedijk has brought relentless tactical demands and counter-pressing, though the squad quickly refocused on their upcoming Scottish Premiership fixture against Aberdeen following the derby victory celebrations.
