Badredine Bouanani scored his first goal for Rangers in a 2-2 Scottish Premiership draw against Dundee at Dens Park. The 21-year-old winger, on loan from Stuttgart, curled a 42nd-minute strike into the top corner after cutting inside from the right. Pundit Richard Foster noted on BBC Sportscene that Dundee's midfielders dropped too deep, leaving Bouanani unpressured at the edge of the box before his finish.
Despite the defensive lapse facilitating the opening, Foster still praised the effort as an outrageous goal. Bouanani started the match under manager Derek McInnes, recording three unblocked shots on target, creating one chance, and leading all players with seven touches in the opposition penalty area.
