The right-back saw his return to action against Hibs cut short as he limped off at Easter Road…

Celtic defender Alistair Johnston suffered a suspected injury setback after limping off just 21 minutes into his return during a 5-1 victory over Kilmarnock. The Canada international had not featured since early August and was introduced as a substitute for Colby Donovan, but he was forced off before being replaced by Cameron Carter-Vickers.
Pundits voiced concern over the recurrence of Johnston's hamstring problems, with Neil Lennon questioning Celtic's fitness and medical team for clearing him to play. Manager Martin O'Neill admitted uncertainty over whether it was the same injury, while former Rangers coach Alex Rae defended the club's experienced medical staff.
