In an exclusive interview with Record Sport, the full-back discusses the possibility of staying at Ibrox on a permanent basis…

Rangers defender James Penrice has stated his desire to secure a permanent transfer to Ibrox, expressing a wish to remain with the club for the next four or five years. The 27-year-old noted that his future depends on ongoing logistics, requiring his agent and the club to finalize an agreement.
Penrice is currently on loan from AEK Athens until the end of the season, with Rangers holding an option to buy him permanently for £800,000 next summer. Manager Derek McInnes is reportedly expected to sanction the move following the defender's key role in the squad.
