Rangers loanee Nedim Bajrami earned praise from local media after scoring a spectacular long-range goal for Al-Taawoun in their 2-1 defeat against Al Riyadh. Outlets such as Newsport.al and Arriyadiyah highlighted the Albanian's impact from the bench, marking his first goal in 11 appearances for the Saudi Pro League side.
Bajrami joined Al-Taawoun on an initial season-long loan with an option to buy for around £2.5 million after being deemed surplus to requirements by Rangers manager Derek McInnes. The winger had previously struggled for consistent game time at Ibrox across the prior campaign.
