Rangers player ratings as three stars land 8/10s in St Mirren triumph and Hampden standout takes a backseat

Andy Newport of the Daily Record awarded 8/10 ratings to three Rangers players following their 2-0 victory away at St Mirren. The triumph came courtesy of a first-half penalty from Ryan Naderi and a deflected second-half strike from Dan Neil.

Alongside goalscorer Naderi, Rangers' Croatian goalkeeper and left-back Penrice were also handed match-high 8/10 ratings. The win moved Rangers within a single point of rivals Celtic at the top of the Scottish Premiership table.
