Rangers loanee Bailey Rice is reportedly facing development challenges during his temporary spell at Kilmarnock. The 19-year-old midfielder, who signed a new contract with Rangers in the summer, recently started in Kilmarnock's 1-1 draw against Hearts but struggled to make a significant impact on the ball.

Due to Kilmarnock's low possession style, Rice recorded only 29 touches and completed 16 of 20 passes. Rangers, who average 54 percent possession, may consider recalling the midfielder during the winter transfer window to ensure he gets better preparation for his return to Ibrox.
