Strikers duo defy conditions as Rangers move to within a point of Celtic…

Rangers defeated St Johnstone 4-0 at Ibrox in harsh weather conditions to move within one point of Scottish Premiership rivals Celtic. Kevin Kelsy scored a brace, while Ryan Naderi and Tochi Chukwuani also found the net in the commanding home victory.
With his second goal, Kelsy became the first Rangers striker since Jermain Defoe in 2019 to score four goals across his first five appearances. St Johnstone's troubles worsened late in the match when midfielder Kai Fotheringham was shown a straight red card following a VAR review for a foul on Nico Raskin.
