Scott McTominay has returned to full training with Napoli after undergoing a heart procedure last month. The 29-year-old Scotland midfielder received corrective ablation treatment at Spire Manchester Hospital in September following a diagnosis of a mild, benign arrhythmia. Napoli confirmed that diagnostic tests showed he is fit to play, allowing him to rejoin team sessions ahead of their upcoming match against Frosinone.
The former Manchester United midfielder was limited to two appearances this season before his heart issue was detected against Como. The condition forced McTominay to miss Napoli's next three games, as well as the recent international break with Scotland.
